Hydraulic vane pump O-rings are a type of sealing element used in hydraulic vane pumps. They are usually made of rubber or other elastic materials and are used to prevent fluid leakage and maintain pressure inside the pump.

O-rings can be widely used for static and dynamic sealing. In hydraulic vane pumps, O-rings are usually used in the following aspects:
Shaft seal: Prevents high-pressure fluid inside the pump from leaking to the outside, and also prevents external contaminants from entering the pump. The O-ring is filled between the shaft and the seal groove through its elastic deformation to form a seal.
Port seal: At the inlet and outlet ports of the pump, O-rings are used to ensure a one-way flow of fluid and prevent backflow, thereby improving the efficiency and performance of the pump. For example, the inlet and outlet ports of the Vickers® by Danfoss V20H series vane pumps use O-ring seals.
