1978

It was a pleasure to set up the company and work 120% to survive.

1982

Building on the successful experience of Bridgestone Tire, the company adopted the SPC procedure for vulcanization curve control as a process of formulation quality management.

1985

Got the first military contract, the subject of the contract is the supply of rubber clamp metal parts on military tanks, which can meet the specifications of Chrysler Motors and General Dynamics "Aerospace Defense".
In accordance with the requirements of the US military, the quality assurance program was started

1988

Denso inspected the factory and qualified it, and obtained the first business contract from Denso Taiwan's factory to provide special customized products for automotive air conditioning systems.

 

 
1989

Established a factory in Xiamen, China.
Established a mold manufacturing department in Taiwan.

1994

Passed an inspection by Delphi, a subsidiary of General Motors, and won the first commercial contract for O-rings and fuel transmitters.
Started the three-year plan of QS-9000 and received training from consultants on ISO 9002/QS9000.

1998

Obtained ISO 9002/ QS 9000 certification
Introduction of an injection molding machine to produce clamp gaskets

2003

Introduced ISO/TS16949(2002) to replace the ISO9002/QS9000 quality management system

 

 
2004

In March 2004, it passed the TUV certification of ISO/TS16949 (2002), and received the certificate on June 10, 2004.

2005

Establish a new joint venture to produce large-volume injection molds for automotive suppliers
The second factory in Xiamen, China,  covers an area of 56,000 square meters
(The first plant, Ruifeng, covers an area of 12,664 square meters and a building area of 9,000 square meters.)

2008

Production department cut for AUTO, AM, LS, IPD, FKM, SST (EPDM), and NBR.
Passed JTEKT Japan's factory inspection

2009

Passed factory inspections by Denso & ASMO Japan

 
2011

Introduced the environmental management system ISO14001:(2004) and obtained the certificate in October
Innovation Transformation:
Established a task force and focused on molding automation (injection molding/special machines) and quality inspection automation (expansion of AIM-automatic quality inspection machines)

2015

Launch of green improvement activities based on the Japanese customer's engineering inspection form - (target 50.5 points, 70 points within 3 years, actual 89 points)

2017

Introduction of IATF16949:2016 for ISO/TS16949:2009
The first plant-wide innovation day was held
