About the reducer
The reducer is generally placed between the motor and the working machine, and the input and output ends are respectively connected with the motor shaft and the main shaft of the working machine through the coupling. The reducer input and output shaft ends, each have a through cover, and the oil seal is installed in the through cover, playing a sealing role. The most common types of oil seals are divided into haplotype and assembly type. 1. Remove the end cover and the oil seal that needs to be replaced.
2. Clean the sealant on the joint surface and deal with the damage.
3. Apply a small amount of butter to the outer ring of the new oil seal and install it in place with a flat iron plate.
4. Apply a small amount of butter to the oil seal lip, and apply sealant to the joint surface.
5. When installing the end cover, ensure that the oil passage hole and the oil passage hole in the end cover are in the same position.
