Introduction

Sealing Principle
It is first installed in the groove without external pressure. At this time, the sealing lip is compressed by the piston rod or cylinder wall to generate an initial contact pressure. Under the action of external pressure, the sealing lip of the lip seal is pressed toward the sealed surface, and the pressure is transmitted to its contact point through the gasket. The pressure at the lip contact point is always greater than the fluid pressure, thus preventing fluid leakage. The lip seal ring has high sealing efficiency no matter under high pressure or low pressure, and has a certain compensation effect on wear and will not cause rapid leakage.
