Hub Centric Rings

The main function of hub centric rings is to support the tires and maintain the balance of the wheel hub. During driving, the tire will be subject to road pressure and friction. Without the support of the center ring, the tire will lose balance, causing damage to the wheel hub and tire. Therefore, the existence of the center ring can ensure the stability of the tire during driving.

Structure and components

1. Center ring body: Made of rubber material, it has a certain hardness and elasticity and can withstand the weight of the wheel hub and the vibration and impact of the vehicle while driving.

2. Center hole: It is an opening on the center ring. Its diameter and size are determined according to the design requirements of the wheel hub. It is used to connect the wheel hub to the axle.

3. Fixing device: Usually a circle of rubber strips or metal rings, is used to fix the center ring on the wheel hub to prevent it from loosening or falling off.

4. Accessories: such as gaskets, sealing rings, etc., are used to enhance the sealing performance of the center ring and prevent water and dirt from entering the inside of the hub.

Production Process

The main production process is: feeding → forming → forming inspection → deburring → second baking. We will formulate corresponding production schedules according to customer needs, and do some special processing for products according to needs, such as product surface treatment, including oil sprinkling, powdering, dotting, oiling, cutting, etc. The specific process is as follows:

✭Supply:
Arrange order production according to demand and provide rubber materials for the molding process, including incoming material inspection, trimming, cutting, etc.
The company has several automatic cutting machines to improve the quality and process of molding materials, realize automatic feeding and peeling of rubber materials, adjustable automatic trimming, and automatic feeding accuracy of servo module 0.01mm.

✭Molding:
Hydraulic molding, first vulcanization, and various types of vulcanization machines, including transfer injection, pressure injection, injection, etc., can produce O-rings, star rings, Y-rings, customer-made products, and other rubber parts.
It has semi-automated and automated injection production workshops, focusing on the production of injection products.
We have professional injection equipment and processes, such as one-stop operation mode, L-shaped station, cold runner injection mold-automated production, etc.

✭Automatic cutting and forming machine
