Aging resistance
The rubber seal is kept continuously for 96 hours in oxygen at a temperature of 70°C±5°C, a test pressure of 2.1MPa, and a purity of ≥99.5%, and there should be no visible cracks and damage.
At 20% elongation, it should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 40°C±2°C and an ozone concentration of 50 ppm for 72 hours, and there should be no cracks.
Low temperature resistance
Rubber seals should be free of cracks or other damage in an environment with a temperature of -40°C to 10°C for 24 hours.

Chemical Resistance
Rubber seals should have good oil and ozone resistance to accommodate the various chemicals that may be present in the truck's exhaust system.
Dimensional Tolerance & Appearance
The dimensional tolerances of the seals should meet the relevant standards, and the appearance should be flat, and free of bubbles, tears, and other defects that affect their performance.
Pressure resistance and air tightness
At 2 times the rated working pressure, the seal should be kept for 5 minutes and there should be no leakage or deformation.
When the inflation pressure reaches 0.3MPa, there should be no visible air pressure loss on the surface of the seal.
Temperature resistance
The operating temperature range of rubber seals should be between -40°C and 85°C to accommodate temperature changes in the truck's exhaust system.
Other performance
The seals should have good tensile and flexural properties to accommodate the dynamic loads in the truck's exhaust system.
The flammability and liquid resistance of the seals should also meet the relevant standards.
