About Valve assembly kit
Valve assembly kit is a multi-part kit used to assemble and install a valve.
How about it consists?
It usually consists of the following components: (valve body, valve cover, valve stem, valve seat, valve core,)
- Valve body: The valve body is the main part of the valve and is used to control the flow of media. It is usually made of metal and has connections and flow channels.
- Bonnet: The bonnet is the component that covers the top of the valve body to protect and secure the valve's internal components. It is usually connected to the valve body through threads or other connection methods.
- Valve Stem: The valve stem is the rod-shaped member that connects the valve cover to the internal actuating components of the valve. By rotating or moving the valve stem up and down, the opening and closing status of the valve can be controlled.
- Valve seat: The valve seat is the sealing component inside the valve, located between the valve body and the valve cover. It is usually made of metal or elastic material and ensures a tight seal when the valve is closed.
- Valve core: The valve core is a key component inside the valve and is usually made of metal. It is connected to the valve stem and controls the flow of the medium by rotating or moving up and down. The valve core usually has flow channels, holes or orifices to regulate the flow of the medium.
The valve assembly kit has multiple seals, such as rubber gaskets, gaskets, O-rings, expansion joints, etc.
These seals are designed to ensure the tightness of the valve connection.
- O-ring: The O-ring is a circular rubber seal with good elasticity and chemical corrosion resistance. It is often used for sealing between the valve stem and valve body to prevent media leakage.
- Gasket: A gasket is a round rubber gasket used to provide a seal at the joint of a valve. It is usually placed between the valve body and the valve cover to ensure the sealing of the connection.
- Expansion Joint: An expansion joint is a connection made of rubber that connects a valve to a piping system. It has a certain degree of stretchability and can absorb vibrations and thermal expansion and contraction in the piping system while providing a sealing effect.
- Rubber sealing ring: The rubber sealing ring is an annular rubber accessory, usually used at the connection port of the valve. It can fill the gap in the connection port and ensure the sealing of the valve connection.
