Introduce
The inlet valve washer is the rubber seal used in toilet inlet valves. Typically manufactured with silicone material, this washer exhibits excellent water resistance and sealing properties. Shaped in a ring with protruding sealing ridges at the center, it is specifically designed for inlet valves. The sealing ridges are compressed into the inner groove of the valve seat as a result of pressure applied by the valve seat, eventually forming a steady hydraulic seal.
Advantage
- Prevent overflow: When the water level rises to the set height, the inlet valve washer will seal the valve to prevent further water from flowing in, thus avoiding water waste and potential water damage.
- Maintain water line pressure: Rubber washers can reduce failures caused by pressure fluctuations, keep the water pressure within a reasonable range, and avoid equipment damage caused by low or high pressure.
- Prevent backflow: The inlet valve washer has an anti-backflow function, which can effectively prevent the water that has been injected into the water tank from flowing back into the water inlet pipe.
