Truck engine crankshaft seals: high-performance oil-resistant rubber solutions

The core advantages of the product

Excellent performance under harsh working conditions

Temperature range: Fluoroelastomer (FKM) or hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is used to withstand extreme temperatures from -40 °C to 250 °C, and adapt to the diesel engine's high temperature and high-pressure environment.

Dynamic tightness: The precision-designed sealing lip and spring compensation structure ensures that the crankshaft remains stable when rotating at high speed (>5000rpm) to prevent oil leakage and contaminant ingress.

Abrasion life: Verified by bench test, the service life exceeds 100,000 kilometers, significantly reducing vehicle maintenance frequency.

Full brand coverage and precise adaptation

Applicable models: Cummins X15/QSM11, Volvo D13, Mercedes-Benz OM471, China National Heavy Duty Truck MC series, and other mainstream truck engines, providing a full range of solutions for front/rear crankshaft oil seals.

Various specifications: the inner diameter range is 63mm to 175mm, covering the needs of light to heavy trucks, and supporting non-standard size customization.

Material technology and process innovation

Composite structure: metal skeleton + rubber integrated molding, anti-eccentricity capacity of 0.5mm, adapt to the dynamic deflection of the crankshaft.

Surface treatment: The contact surface of the shaft adopts PTFE coating or laser micro-texture technology, which reduces the friction coefficient by 30% and prolongs the life of the shaft and oil seal.

Why choose our truck engine crankshaft seals?

Compliance certification: Passed ISO 9001, IATF 16949 system certification, and conformed to the national standard of GB/T 13871.1-2022 seals.

Factory-level matching: Provides an alternative that is fully compatible with brands such as Timken, Scania, Isuzu, etc., and is up to 40% more cost-effective.

Fast delivery: 300+ models are in stock, and 72-hour delivery is supported for small-batch trial orders and urgent orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How to judge the failure of the oil seal?
A: If you find that oil stains accumulate at the front end of the engine and the oil consumption increases abnormally (>0.5L/1000km), you need to check the wear of the sealing lip immediately.

Q: Precautions for installation

Use a special tool (e.g. SKF 733 series) to avoid lip folding.

The shaft end needs to be machined with a 15° guide chamfer and a roughness of Ra≤0.4μm.

Lubricate the sealing lip with oil before installation, and dry press-fitting is strictly prohibited.
