Products Description
O-ring face seal tube fittings use straight threads and have a machined groove on the male fitting face to accept an O-ring (Nitrile or Viton material). The O-ring is compressed against the flats of the female fitting to create a leak-proof connection.

Application characteristics
- High Sealing Performance: A gasket-like soft seal is achieved using a high-hardness rubber O-ring, which is embedded in a special groove on the body of the connector.
- Reusable: Due to the "soft" sealing characteristics of the O-ring, it can be reassembled unlimited times without replacing the entire connector as long as the O-ring remains elastic.
- Zero-gap installation: The flat sealing surface of the O-ring face seal connector allows zero-gap installation, which helps prevent leakage.
- Over-torque resistance: O-ring face seal connectors can withstand torques exceeding 200% of the rated torque without damaging the connector, allowing unlimited reusability.
- Strong adaptability: Suitable for various pipe wall thicknesses, and can adapt to imperial pipes, metric pipes, and hoses.
- Wide range of working pressures: O-ring face seal connectors can withstand working pressures up to 9200 psi.
