what is Injector O-Ring
The injector O-ring is a part used to ensure the sealing performance of the fuel injector. It is usually made of synthetic rubber or silicone and has excellent elasticity and oil resistance.
In addition, it can prevent the fuel in the injector from generating bubbles and contribute to the high-temperature starting performance of the injector.
Structure and materials
1. Structure: Its cross-section is circular and has good elasticity and sealing performance. In the fuel injector, the O-ring is placed in the cavity of the fuel injector. When the fuel injector works, the O-ring will be under pressure, causing it to fit tightly against the cavity wall, preventing the fuel from flowing out. The injector is leaking internally.
2. Material: The material of the O-ring is usually rubber or silicone. Rubber has good sealing performance and wear resistance, but its service life is short, it is easily affected by oil and temperature and is prone to aging and cracking. Silicone O-rings have better temperature resistance and oil resistance and have a longer service life, but their prices are relatively high.

Installation Guide
1. Inspection before installation: Check whether the O-ring is intact and meets the specifications. At the same time, check whether other parts of the injector are normal, such as rocker arms, adjustment screws, etc.
2. Install the O-ring: Place the injector O-ring on the plunger of the injector, ensuring that the O-ring is installed flat and without distortion.
3. Install the rocker arm: Place the rocker arm on the shaft of the injector, and ensure that the rocker arm is installed correctly and tightened.
4. Adjustment screw: Use the adjustment screw to adjust the fuel injection amount of the injector to ensure that it meets the requirements of the engine.
5. Install the cylinder head cover and toothed transmission belt guard: Install the cylinder head cover and toothed transmission belt guard on the engine to ensure its sealing and the normal operation of the transmission belt.
6. Check for air leakage: After the installation is completed, you can check for air leakage by turning the crankshaft and observing whether bubbles are coming out of the cooling water tank or oil beads coming out of the engine oil.
