Test Methods

6. High-temperature resistance performance test: Place the O-ring in a high-temperature test chamber, and after keeping it at a certain temperature for a period of time, check whether it has deformation, cracking, etc. to evaluate its high-temperature resistance.


7. Corrosion resistance test: Place the O-ring in a corrosion test chamber and keep it in a certain concentration of acid, alkali, salt, and other solutions for a period of time. Then check whether swelling, cracking, etc. occur to evaluate its resistance. Corrosion properties.


8. Sealing performance test: Install the O-ring on the fuel tank cap and perform a sealing performance test under a certain pressure to check whether it can effectively seal the fuel tank.
