Food vacuum dryer sealing rings are circular sealing rings used in vacuum dryers. They are usually made of rubber or silicone materials that are resistant to high temperatures, oils, and chemicals. They ensure the reliability and airtightness of vacuum sealing during food drying.

Key technical characteristics
Food vacuum dryer sealing rings do have some special properties and design features, as follows:
- High-temperature resistance: The operating temperature of the vacuum dryer is generally between 80-120°C, so the sealing ring must be able to withstand this temperature range without deformation or aging. High-temperature-resistant silicone rubber or fluoro rubber materials are usually selected.
- Chemical resistance: During the drying process, the sealing ring must withstand the corrosion of chemicals such as acids, alkalis, greases, and oils in the food, so it has good chemical resistance to prevent deterioration or damage.
- Smooth surface: The surface of the sealing ring needs to be very smooth and flat to ensure that there will be no gas leakage when sealing with the vacuum chamber wall. The surface roughness requirements are very high.
- Elasticity and ductility: The sealing ring needs to have a certain degree of elasticity and ductility to adapt to the contour changes of the vacuum chamber wall and maintain a good sealing effect. They usually adopt a ring design.
- Wear resistance: When the vacuum chamber is repeatedly opened and closed, the sealing ring will be subject to certain mechanical wear, so wear resistance is also one of the important indicators.
- Food grade safety: Since the sealing rings will be in direct contact with food, they must be made of strictly tested food-grade raw materials to ensure that no harmful substances are released to contaminate food.
