Blue-NBR-Bonded-Seals-Self-Centre

NBR bonded seals self-center apply to threaded pipe fittings and plug sealing in the Metric System, Britain, and BSP. The location processing of the sealing groove is not specially required, so they are ideal fittings for fast and automatic installation. Their service temperature is -40 to 100 °C, with a working pressure of less than 39.2 MPA.

NBR Bonded Seals Description

Bonded seals are replacing copper-type gaskets in high-pressure systems.

Bonded seals consist of a metal gasket and an elastomeric ring bonded in diameter. The metal gasket prevents over-compression and limits the deformation of the elastomeric ring; the elastomer prevents leakage of internal lubricants and avoids the intrusion of water or external environmental contaminants.
