Design Structure

4. Pipe hole: There is usually a pipe hole designed in the middle of the upper-end surface of the gasket body. This pipe hole is used to connect two pipes to ensure that their fluids can flow smoothly.

5. Friction layer: On the surface of the pipe hole, there is usually a friction layer on the fixed connection. This friction layer can increase the friction between the flanges, making the connection stronger and preventing the medium from leaking under pressure.

6. Protective layer: A protective layer can also be seen on the surface of the pipe hole. This protective layer is used to protect the friction layer from damage and ensure that it can function as it should.

7. Front end and rear end: The front end and rear end of the rubber sink flange gasket are usually fixedly connected with a glue layer. The function of the glue layer is to tightly bond the gasket and flange together to prevent media from leaking between the gasket and flange.
