Oil resistance: Nitrile rubber gaskets can be immersed in oil for a long time without swelling or deformation.

High-temperature resistance: At high temperatures of around 120°C, rubber gaskets can still maintain their original elasticity and sealing properties.

Corrosion resistance: Gaskets have good corrosion resistance against chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Custom Nitrile Rubber Gaskets: Applications with Oils and Solvents;
- The nitrile rubber gaskets we offer are the rubber gasket material of choice for applications involving oils and solvents, with their superior oil resistance, chemical resistance, and physical properties. Nitrile rubber, commonly referred to as Buna-N or NBR, is available in different thicknesses from 0.016 inches to 0.250 inches, and a variety of hardness options from soft to 40 degrees durometer to hard to 90 degrees durometer.

Commercial Grade Nitrile Rubber
- Our commercial grade nitrile rubber is a cost-effective blend of 70% nitrile and 30% SBR for applications with moderate resistance requirements to oils, solvents, and fuels.
Mid-Grade Nitrile Rubber
- Mid-Grade Nitrile Rubber is a premium grade material that is between our commercial and premium grades in terms of oil resistance and price. This material is able to perform as a gasket seal against oils and solvents in temperatures ranging from -30°F to +200°F.
Premium Nitrile Rubber
- Our premium Nitrile Rubber is made from 100% nitrile and is the best choice when the application requires a gasket material that is extremely resistant to oils, solvents, and fuels.
FDA Grade Nitrile Rubber
- Made from FDA approved ingredients and compliant to CFR 177.2600 (beige), FDA Grade Nitrile Rubber is a premium, long life rubber with good wear resistance.
Biodiesel Grade Nitrile Rubber
- Biodiesel Grade Nitrile Rubber is designed for applications involving biodiesel B20 and B100, and alcohol fuel E85. B100 contains no petroleum oil, while B20 is 20% biodiesel and 80% petroleum diesel. E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline.
Transformer Oil Grade Nitrile Rubber
- Transformer Oil Grade Nitrile Rubber is designed for use with transformer oil, and our transformer oil nitrile rubber compounds meet industry specifications such as GE A12C11E7 and ASTM D 2000 specifications 5BG 620 A14 B14 EO34 and 5BG 720 A14 B14 EO34.
