Introduction To FKKM
FKKM Material Description
Introduction
Perfluoroether rubber is a terpolymer of perfluoro(methyl vinyl) ether, tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkylene ether. It is also known as perfluoroelastomer.
The long-term efficacy of perfluoroether rubber sealing parts can improve production efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
With elasticity and PTFE thermal and chemical stability.
Long-term working temperature -39 ~ 288 degrees Celsius, short-term up to 315 degrees Celsius, below the embrittlement temperature still has a certain degree of plasticity, hard but not brittle, can be bent.
Stable to all chemicals except for dissolution in fluorine-substituted solvents.
Make seals resistant to various media, such as rocket fuel, umbilical cord, oxidants, nitrogen tetroxide, fuming nitric acid, etc., used in aerospace, aviation, chemical, petroleum, nuclear energy and other industrial sectors.
